Addendum 2: Our maternity unit cares for about 700 mothers giving birth each year - and every year there are more. For many women, the Good News Hospital is the last hope, because here they are cared for by trained midwives and doctors and caesarean sections are possible - as the only hospital within a radius of 200 kilometres. However, our maternity unit exceeded its capacity some time ago. So that we can continue to help as many women and children as possible and pass on God's love to them, an expansion is urgently needed. We are hoping to expand and modernise our maternity unit soon.
