In recent years there has been a good supply of short term (6-12 months) doctors from the UK and elsewhere helping to supplement the medical staff. Some of these have been junior doctors in between basic and specialist training. Some have been recently retired doctors. But at present there is a real need for short or long term medical and surgical doctors to maintain the work. When one of the current doctors takes holiday or home leave, it puts a real strain on those remaining.

Please pray especially for help in March/April and September, as well as praying for more long-term doctors and more Malagasy doctors.
