The missionary children are taking a break from school over the holidays - with Naomi, the home school teacher, currently back in the UK and Ecole Bonne Nouvelle off until early September. Some of the children are also back on home assignment, and there has been the chance for a holiday away from Mandritsara for others. Back on the compound, there are plenty of opportunities for play - with the basketball court, bike rides, and games of ultimate frisbee over the wall with our neighbours. The tree house is being refurbished, and there are endless games of building mud-houses and other imaginative play.

We are grateful for the sense of fun and adventure the children have, for the glorious sunshine and the beautiful grounds to explore and enjoy the wonder of God's creation. We thank God for a break from school and for all they have been able to learn over these months.
