Reasons for celebration - New Theatre and PAACS
On 14th January 2022, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Malagasy minister of health to HVMM, to cut the ribbon and inaugurate our new surgical building. On the same day, we had out white coat ceremony for our first PAACS residents.
An Update on Mananara
Recently, a team from Mandritsara travelled to Mananara on the East Coast of Madagascar, on this occasion, the first 10 new believers were baptised. It was a great time of celebration, teaching and evangelism.

News from Mandritsara - September 2021
One of the features of the Mandritsara project for which we constantly give thanks to the Lord is that the message of the good news of Jesus permeates everything. Each department and ministry has as its object the proclamation of the gospel. Here are some items for praise and prayer.
Bako's Return to Mandritsara
In December 2020 Bako developed a retinal detachment in her only seeing eye, rendering her effectively blind. We praise the Lord that after 3 operations, Bako is now back in Mandritsara
A Break from School
The missionary children are taking a break from school over the holidays but there are plenty of opportunities for play - with the basketball court, bike rides, and games of ultimate frisbee over the wall with our neighbours
A Hospital Update from Lucy Hinds
It is getting busier here at the hospital, with cases of severe malaria and intestinal bleeding caused by bilharzia. We are glad that the numbers of patients with possible Covid have tailed off, although we are still seeing some cases of severe disease.
